Ahmad Rafiai is the senior partner responsible for underwriting financing projects for BFA. As an underwriter, ex-banker and financier, he has extensive experience in investment banking and the financing industry in Canada, U.S. and Europe.
Mr. Rafiai has arranged financing for numerous private sector clients, Fortune 500 companies and governments.
Mr. Rafiai earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Farnborough College of Technology, UK; M. Sc. in Engineering and Post-graduate management, accounting and economics from the Cranfield Institute of Technology, UK.
