As a Senior Associate with BFA Mr. Evans brings over 25 years of wholesale and commercial banking experience to the benefit of our clients. Most recently a managing director with one of Canadas top five Banks, Mr. Evans led a Canada-wide team of professionals providing corporate debt solutions to Canadas leading consumer products companies.
With extensive industry knowledge across a wide variety of consumer related sectors including retail, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, gaming, agri-business and professional sports finance, he is adept at identifying key issues and structuring value-added financing solutions that meet challenging client needs. Mr. Evans has originated and structured numerous leveraged and bridge financing transactions to support client M&A and restructuring activities.
Mr. Evans has an MBA from York University in Toronto and a B. Comm from Concordia University in Montreal.
Important lifestyle passions include bass fishing, golf, skiing and hockey.
