Working Capital

The objective of managing working capital is to ensure there is always enough cash on hand to pay bills as they become due, to purchase enough inventory and stock to meet demand and to have enough sales to support expenses.

Working capital is a business’ current assets that are used for the day-to-day operation of the business. These current assets include cash, receivables, inventory (and also marketable securities and prepayments).

Working capital is the life blood of any business. It is typically used to handle ongoing expenses such as personnel, inventory, equipment and supplies.

The BFA Finance Group has a number of ways to finance working capital including using the existing assets, and/or a business loan. BFA can help even if your company has financial difficulties, is operating at a loss, or is experiencing a slump in the business cycle.  We can often provide a higher loan to value or arrange for fewer assets to be pledged.
